I feel truly blessed to have Dr. Carlos Romero as my primary care physician. From my very first visit, it was clear that he is a doctor with a true calling and genuine compassion for his patients, a quality that is becoming increasingly rare today.Dr. Romero is highly professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. He has consistently demonstrated exceptional expertise, and every time I have consulted him, he has been remarkably accurate in his diagnoses and recommendations.Knowing that Dr. Romero is in charge of my healthcare gives me tremendous peace of mind. Mi experiencia con el Dr. Romero ha sido una muy agradable. Muy triste que su personal de recepción sean tan poco profesionales, son un desastre.  Entregué unos documentos para que me llenaran y poder entregarlos a mi trabajo. Me los entreganron incompletos. Los regreso para que me los llenen correctamente y completo y me dicen que ese mismo día no me los pueden llenar a lo que respondí que no había problema. Resulta que llega el día de pasar por ellos y no encuentran mis papeles . Llamaron a otra compañera que no estaba en turno porque no los encontraban . Me enviaron a esperar en sala y y nada que aparecen . Que hicieron ? Le sacaron copia del sistema que ya los tenían ahí y me los entregaron tal y como se los entregué , incompletos  no solo eso , una de las chicas que ahí trabaja me dijo puedes llenarlo tú y le dije como voy a llenar algo que debe llenar el médico  o la clínica.  Y con muy mala actitud me responde que es lo que quieres que te llene . Me dio tanto coraje que le dije gracias cogi mis documentos y me fui . Horrible, I went to this office last year. I just know received a notice from a debt collector saying that I owe almost 300$ for bloodwork from quest diagnostic after they told me that my insurance was covering it and that they did bloodwork in-house. I am now trying to call them and I have not been able to get ahold of no one. I am sure they set it up that way on purpose. Horrible service, please do not go here.

Avoid this doctor’s office at all costs. They will never pick up the phone or if they do the lady at the front desk will hang up on you and the insurance representative mid sentence. Extremely rude and unprofessional.

So unprofessional doctor and assistants even it’s their faults!!!!!!!!!! Wait too long for fixing a mistake. Even their phone, they never pick up. So frustrating. I AM SO REGRETFUL FOR GOING TO THIS CLINIC FOR MY DOCUMENTS.
